Jon Lancaster Toyota is looking for an experienced Automotive Retail Sales Manager for our top flight new car sales department.  Our dealership sells 1700 plus new vehicles per year. 

Candidates for this position must have automotive sales and management experience.  Leadership and employee development skills are essential for success in an environment experiencing fast paced growth.  The ability to organize, motivate, train, and manage an eager and aggressive sales force is important.
