Jon Lancaster Toyota has one of the most environmentally safe service facility in the country. We make sure that all tires, cardboard, paper, plastic and metal are recycled. The oil that has been collected after oil changes is stored on campus and is used to heat the building's interior. Guests will experience heated drives and sidewalks in the winter making the exiting and entering of a vehicle safe.
Our facility has two fast quick service lanes. As our guest you stay in your vehicle while work is performed around you. Upon completion payment is taken and then you exit the building. We can rotate tires, change oil, change filters, replace wiper blades and light bulbs in these two lanes. NO APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED.
The Service Center provides loaner cars for guests who have purchased a vehicle from our dealership. These cars are available to service guests who have made an appointment for more complete service maintenance. Appointments can be made on line or call 608-243-5531. Guests are welcome to use their laptops and connect for free to our WI FI. We also have complimentary soft drinks, water and Starbucks coffee. For your entertainment we have local and worldwide reading materials. We also have satellite TV for those Packer and Badger games that we all just don’t want to miss.
All of our service visits come with a free coupon valid for 1 month to use in the touch-less car wash. Under chassis flush is a must for both winter and summer for rust prevention. The brushless system will not scratch your paint. A vacuum and air freshener completes the process.
